Hanoi: Traffic Flows

An oddly mesmerising nine seconds of traffic flow in Hanoi, Vietnam. Seemingly chaotic, but somehow it 'works'. That particular country could probably stake it's claim to be the biggest user of the motor-scooter. In Vietnam, motor-scooters (and small motorbikes) are often used in ways that neither Piaggio nor Mr Honda ever would have contemplated.
